1. Classification based on mold structure:
Cold runner molds: Use cooled channels to guide the plastic material into the mold cavity.
Hot runner molds: Use heated channels to maintain the plastic material in a molten state for continuous injection molding.
Simple molds: Molds with simple structures, typically used for low-cost and low-volume injection production.

2. Classification based on product type:
Plastic parts molds: Used to produce various plastic parts and products, such as electronic device casings, household appliances, etc.
Injection packaging molds: Specifically designed for producing plastic packaging containers, such as bottles, boxes, etc.
Automotive molds: Used to produce automotive components, such as car body parts, dashboards, etc.
Medical molds: Used to produce plastic parts for medical devices and equipment.

3. Classification based on mold size and complexity:
Large molds: Used for producing large injection-molded products or parts, such as automotive body components.
Medium molds: Used for producing medium-sized and moderately complex injection-molded products.
Small molds: Used for producing small injection-molded products or micro parts, such as electronic component enclosures, etc.

4. Classification based on mold material:
Steel molds: Molds manufactured using high-quality steel materials, suitable for high-volume and high-demand injection production.
Aluminum molds: Molds manufactured using aluminum alloys, suitable for low-cost and medium-volume injection production.
P20 mold steel: Commonly used mold steel material, known for its good machinability and wear resistance.
